Yes. We use WordPress with a CMS that allows you to update text, images, and content without any development knowledge. We include a handover walkthrough session.
We configure and set up hosting but do not sell it directly. We typically recommend Aruba or SiteGround IT for Italian clients, or Kinsta/WP Engine for higher-performance requirements.
The brief and strategy stages exist to align us before any design begins. If a design is genuinely wrong for the brief, we change it. Revisions within included rounds are covered. Changes outside the agreed brief are quoted separately.
Full refund before the brief session. Partial refund (60%) before the first design deliverable. No refund after design work begins. Full terms in our Refund Policy page.
