The engagement begins with a 90-minute brief session. Before we discuss design or pages or colours, we establish three things: who the visitors are, what they already know about you before they arrive, and what action you want them to take. The site structure follows directly from those answers. We have seen too many websites designed from inside out — built around the way the business is organised rather than the way a new customer thinks. The brief session closes that gap.
Design is done in Figma. We present one visual direction — not a menu of options — because asking clients to choose between three directions is how agencies avoid taking a position. We present our recommendation and explain why. If it is not right, we change it. In practice, when the brief is thorough, it usually is right.
Development runs partly in parallel with design. Pages approved in design are built before the remaining pages are designed. This cuts the overall project timeline and means clients see the site working in a browser earlier, which tends to produce better feedback.
