All services sold through wild-flowerdesigns.com are digital services that typically commence within days of payment. The refund conditions below reflect the project stage at the time a cancellation request is received. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@wild-flowerdesigns.com.
A full refund is available if a written cancellation request is received within 5 calendar days of payment AND before the initial brief session has taken place. Cancellations must be emailed to billing@wild-flowerdesigns.com including your full name, order date, and Stripe payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Stripe processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
After the brief session has taken place but before the first design deliverable has been presented, the Client may cancel and receive a 60% refund of the project fee. This reflects the time invested in the brief session, research, strategy, and project planning. For the Wilding Care annual plan, no partial refund is available once the onboarding assessment has commenced.
No refund is available once the first design deliverable has been presented to and acknowledged by the Client, or once development has commenced following design approval. No refund is available on the grounds of aesthetic dissatisfaction where the delivered work conforms to the agreed brief and has been through the included revision rounds.
By requesting immediate commencement of digital services at the time of checkout, EU consumers confirm that they understand that performance of the digital service begins immediately upon payment confirmation, and acknowledge that the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal ceases to apply once performance has commenced under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
