These Terms govern all purchases made through wild-flowerdesigns.com from Wild Flower Designs di Costa Marta, Via 1º Maggio, 54, 40026 Imola BO, Italy, VAT IT03945320377 (the "Studio"), by any person or entity placing an order (the "Client"). Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
The Studio provides digital web design services including: Field Page, Bloom Site, Garden Shop, Seed & Identity, and Wilding Care. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods, printed materials, or media are produced or shipped as part of any standard service engagement.
Orders are placed through the website and payment completed via Stripe, Inc. at the time of order. All prices are in Euro (EUR). Prices displayed exclude Italian IVA (22%), which is applied at checkout for applicable orders. For EU business clients with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism may apply. Payment must be received in full before project work commences.
Following receipt of payment and completion of the initial brief session, project work begins. The Client is responsible for providing required content, photography, brand assets, and system access credentials within the timeframes specified at the brief stage. Delays caused by the Client in supplying required materials do not entitle the Client to a refund or delivery date extension.
Each package or bundle includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated on the relevant service page. Revisions within included rounds are covered. Changes requested outside included revision rounds, or changes that represent a material change of brief rather than a refinement, are billed at the hourly rate of €28.40/hr.
On receipt of full payment, all project-specific design deliverables become the intellectual property of the Client. The Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the Client requests written confidentiality. The Studio retains ownership of reusable frameworks, code libraries, and tooling used in the delivery of the project.
The Studio's total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the project to which the claim relates. The Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from any aspect of the project or its delivery.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or any project engagement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bologna (Tribunale di Bologna), Italy.
